I know there is hope

I work as a therapist for children and families that struggle with multigenerational mental illness. I specifically address early intervention opportunities with children 0-3. Many aspects of later diagnosis can be identified and the added support can provide guidance for parents about what they can expect in years to come and how to find and utilize resources needed for family success. It is important to realize that the entire family is impacted and therefore needs emotional care, processing to reconcile their own struggles, created new wellbeing, and change the cycle and stigma of mental illness. I know there is hope. I have seen miracles happen in the most desperate cases and want others to know that a life worth living is possible.
