Talk to someone.

Depression. Anxiety. ADD. Bi-polar. Any mental illness is important. Anyone can suffer from these. Especially the child starting their first day in 6th grade. I'm at the age of 14, on my way into 9th grade. I've been going through the effects of certain mental illnesses, like depression and anxiety for 3 years, going on 4 years. I've always had a hard time trusting, believing, and just plain living a comfortable and happy life. Many people don't understand that teenagers or kids can go through adult problems or situations. I honestly don't know where I'm going with this, nor do I have enough time. All I really want to say is... Talk to someone. Learn about your situation. Do something please. Don't wait for someone else to do it for you. If you can do something to help yourself or others, please take that chance. Your voice matters. YOU MATTER!
