There are good days and bad days

I deal with the mental illness of my child every day. There are good days and bad days, but each is a conscience effort to battle the bad and appreciate the good. My story is just beginning as my child is just 8 years old. I have been learning so much about her, about others dealing with the same and in general about mental illness. I will continue to fight for her and will continue to find the help we both need. I will work as hard as I can to help her get through this. I love my child and I’m not in denial of the issues she has—I just need to keep looking for the right treatment for her and keep it consistent.
