I was bullied during middle school. I didn’t have many friends to defend me and the time I needed my best friend the most, she wasn’t there for me. I found myself struggling on my own. I couldn’t see a reason in living anymore. I suffered from depression and started making a suicide plan. But one day as I was thinking about it, I saw my 1 year old brother and realized I wanted to see him grow up. He stopped me from making a huge mistake. From then on I suffered from anxiety, self-esteem issues, and social anxiety. Although I wasn’t thinking about suicide I still struggled. I finally talked to a therapist my senior year in college and could not be any happier! There is hope, you just have to go out and find the help. Don’t be scared because there is someone who cares out there, I promise!
