Well, what story is there for me to tell? There are people who just think that mental illnesses are jokes and won't do a thing about it. A better idea would be to teach the kids and grown-ups that have mental illnesses that THEY, not the illness or the nay-sayers, THEMSELVES are in control of their own "mental illnesses". Kids that have mental illnesses grow up to be adults with mental illnesses. The illness does not die, but often grows stronger. We should be focusing on all the folks, that is the kids and the adults, to be free from tourettes, ADHD, depression, etc. Tap into the person's child-like potential, and it should be a lot easier to win the war. Remember, mental illness and cancer are the same. Proper treatment saves lives; ignorance is a death sentence.
